HDPE outer protection pipe (short for outer protection pipe) is one of our main products, it is made of high density polyethylene resin color master batch through extrusion production, and it is mainly used as the outer protection sleeve of the pre-insulated pipe.

Series of outer protection pipe are available, we can provide the diameter from DN**-DN***0mm, with different thickness, and our annual production capacity is up to ***0kilometers.

Our company owns 9 production lines of HDPE outer protection pipe, and the maximum extrusion pipeline diameter is ***5mm. HDPE outer protection pipe production pipe production line adopts spiral mold extrusion, vacuum sizing, corona treatment, spray cooling, automatic cutting and other advanced technology, which can deal with kinds of HDPE outer protection pipes ***0km annually, diameter ranging from DN***-DN***0mm.

Color is black or yellow, with high strength, good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, easy welding and construction properties, and with advantages of long service life.
Outer protecting pipe is to protect the insulation layer effectively; it plays a vital role for the waterproof, anti-corrosive, anti-aging and shock resistance.
