The device is composed of shell and tube system, the upper shell inside set steam condensation section, set the hydrophobic water cooling at the bottom, the top of the inlet and outlet pipe set feed water inlet and outlet. When super-heated steam get into the shell by inlet, the feed water of upper main spiral tube can be heated, after the steam condenses into water, part of the feed water of the lower hydrophobic cold spiral tube can be heated by the hot water of condensation.
  After being used the condensate was drained out by the hydrophobic export. This device has low energy consumption, compact structure, less occupied area, material consumption saving etc, can control of hydrophobic water velocity more strictly and narrow hydrophobic terminal difference.
