Product Description

LED function: The LED color is normally in RED. It starts with 2 green flashes on power up HID compatible card reader HM***5 and remains RED. When a HID proximity card is present to the reader, The LED will momentarily flash green, this indicates that the proximity card was read properly by the reader. When the LED control signal is activated by access controller host, the LED changes to green.

Beeper Function: Power up the HID compatible card reader, the beeper will activate 2 times. When a HID proximity card is presented to the hid Proximity card reader, a short beep will be emitted. This indicates that the HID proximity card was read properly by the reader HM***5. When the Buzzer control signal is activate by access controller, the buzzer will sound till buzzer control line is released by the controller.

Hold function: when this line is activated by access controller HOST ,the reader will buffer one card read ( ignoring subsequent reads ) until the line is released.( high or released by access controller HOST).
