Raw material for the pellet mill must have passed through sufficient size reduction before it can be placed in the pellet mill. The raw material must have a particle size of **5mm or below.

Wood pellet can be made from any type of Agro-Forestry waste: Groundnut shell, sugarcane biogases caster shells, stalk, sawdust, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalk, tobaco waste, bamboo dust, tea waste, wheat straw, palm husk, soybean husk.
