The system can select the optimal cutting and punching paths to realize accelerated common line cutting to avoid repeated tool feeding and idle running and double the cutting efficiency compared to ordinary cutting. It supports layout of cutting corners and arcs in the blank areas and nested layout of special shapes, which can reduce the re-layout rate, shorten the process time and greatly improve the utilization of the plates.
Generation of G codes  
After optimization, the system can generate files of all types required by the equipment for processing, and seamlessly fit various types of equipment, such as  electronic saw, automatic labeling machine, processing center, PTP and five - sided drill, etc.
Printing of label information
The system can display the information required for production and processing visually on the label paper, including but not limited to detailed order information, layout drawing, plate information and side hole orientation, which can save time for the workers to sort out the plates.
Automatic layout optimization  
The system can optimize and calculate the layout mode automatically, and arrange the plates of different thickness and colors separately, which provides convenience for mixed order production. It is reasonable and highly-efficient, and saves materials, labor and time.
High plate utilization
