Lihuan is a professional spring manufacturer , virous springs as :suspension spring, shock-absorber, valve spring etc. For the hot-coiling (ranging from diameter *0mm to *0mm), cold-coiling (ranging from diameter 0.5mm to *0mm), tension spring, torsional spring and other wire-form springs.For the suspension spring is our most advantageous & mature item.

1, High, low-voltage switch spring,  meanwhile,  we can design the new springs according to the customer’s requirements for special use.  Such as :  more coils, changing the wire diameter, etc.

3. Wire material : *0Si2MnA、*5CrSi、*0CrV4、*1CrMoV4、*0Si2CrVA etc.

4. Surface treatment: Electrophoresis and powder coating (black, red, blue, purple ,yellow  etc.)

5. Packing method: Depends on customer’s requirement,  one by one,  or put 6~8 pieces of springs to the carton (neutral or with your own LOGO) , Non-Fumigation pallet, wooden box or any other requirements from you.

6. All the process from IQC (incoming quality control) to OQC (out-going quality control), we will strictly keep monitoring the quality status according to standard :GB/T*********9、DIN ***5、DIN***6、JIS***4,  otherwise we will meet agreements which are reached by between the customer and our factory.
