2. Our products are in accordance with national and industrial standard, we promise to do our best to meet all special requirements. 

3. All inspection, detection and testing are carried out according to technical procedure. No defective products can be dispatched from the factory.

4. All raw material is selected on merit, and only qualified manufacturer can be chosen as our fixed supplier.

All letters, calls and visits from the customer will be dealt with carefully. We promise to solve the ordinary quality problem in three days, and to reply the customer by proposing a solution for serious quality problem in *4 hours.

Under normal operation of the products ( feed the ball and material according to rated quantity), if there is quality problems during the warranty period, we will replace our products with no charge; If it is beyond warranty, and the working life doesn't last as long as promised, we will compensate the price according to the ratio of real working life to promised working life.
