Application: High pressure pipeline for mud, cement, production standpipe on jack-
up,semi-submersible, drill ship and other offshore high pressure pipeline. The process files are all supplied to keep the traceability.

JCC has specialized in prefabrication and installation of high pressure pipeline and 
hydraulic pipeline for a long time and finished a lot of orders about outlet pipe attached to the others, therefore we are so experienced in the prefabrication & installation of outlet pipe that we can satisfy most of the requirements raised by clients.

The tee we supplied, the design of which acknowledged by ABS and used in the 
projects of NOV, is designed by ourselves, which means one step to parts localization. Now, we are on the way to get the API 6A certificate.

The tee we designed have the ability to suffer the situation of pressure stress up to 
****0psi and temperature range from **0℃ to *0 ℃, for which it’s mainly used in 
drilling platform, production riser( mud, cement and test) and high pressure pipeline.
