We take over turn key project for electrostatic powder coating line. There are three kinds of powder coating line, i.e. manual model, semi-automated model and automated model. Normally the line consists of four systems:

 1) Work piece pretreatment system; 

2) Powder spraying system and recovery system;

3) Conveyor system;

5.3 Manual Electrostatic Powder Coating & Curing System
5.3.1Manual powder spraying booth
★Apply single filter cartridge for recovery powder, which occupies little space and easy to change color

5.3.2Cabinet-type curing oven
★Opening at both sides and work-piece conveyor coming in and out of the oven alternatively makes production efficiency higher

★Heating sources can be chosen either electricity radiation, natural gas, diesel, or burning coal.
