1.PVC film, full name is Polyvinylchlorid film, the main ingredients is polyvinyl chloride (PVC), add other ingredients to enhance its heat resistance, toughness, ductility, etc. The top surface is paint,in the middle  the main component is pvc,at the bottom is coated adhesive back. It is a synthetic material which is  popular and widely used in the world. In where can produce 3 d surface of the film material, PVC is the most suitable one.
2.PVC film can be classified into PVC soft film and rigid PVC film. The rigid PVC accounts for roughly two-thirds of the market, soft PVC accounts for a third. soft PVC generally used for flooring, ceiling, and the surface of leather, but due to the soft PVC contains softening agent (which is the difference between the soft PVC and hard PVC), easy to brittle, not easy to save, so the usage was limited. Hard PVC without softener, therefore good flexibility, easy forming, not brittle, non-toxic non-polluting, long preservation time, so has great value in the development and application .
