• Using Inverter A.C.motor controller is able to adjust the start torque and brake.
• Central stitch control system is used in single serials machines. It is helpful for the user to adjust the fabric G.S.M.
• Main transmission shaft is structured by whole alloy steel without any coupling/ universal joint with one auxiliary transmission shaft to provide dial & cylinder movement synchronized to eliminate any vibration.
• Special design for the dial arrangement allow the cylinder and dial to be removed without taking off the three upper transmission support legs, enabling easy gauge change possibilities.
• Special alloy steel cylinder and dial are fitted with inserted trick walls treated to ensure high quality of cylinder.
