Brief introduction: The shell of this trolley type resistance furnace is welded steel plate and profiled steel, and the bottom is joint with the light rail of the trolley，thus the furnace can be used on the neat cement ground. Ultra-light firebricks are used for making the furnace lining. The heat element is an alloyed wire that coiled and mounted on the furnace side, the furnace door and the furnace back wall. The trolley is equipped with pressure-proof and high-temperature resistance casting steel plate. The furnace door device consists of furnace door, the winding gear, and the door hold-down gear.
