The control center uses Japan Omron PLC and color touch screen
system that has higher reliability, lower failure and higher
efficiency, and is easy to learn and operate; The main machine and
fan motor applies transducer speed regulation, stable and energy
saving; touch screen is fitted for each section, making operation
easier, PC carries out all parameter setting,simple and visible,
each phase and slot height are controlled and defined using
tranduser, being accurate; interval feeding is available, easy for
large-sized carboard printing; o-position return, printing position
memory during wiping and auto restoratiion are available, reducing
the time for adjustment; auto ink monitoring system that warns
first and stop to feed next when the ink is shortage; each section
is pneumatically locked and electrically separable, and the feeding
wheel auto brakes during separation to gurantee the precision in
next printing; has several orders function.Which will stroe
more orders when connected to PC and implement ordering, clients
management, report forms printing etc; distance maintenance and
paramenter repair may be carried out.
Features in the four-shaft front roller feeding
unit
- The four-shaft front roller feeding system makes feeding more
accurate. Feeding thin and bending sheets becomes easier.
- Continous feeding, skip feeding or single-sheet feeding is
possible. The attached counter can accurately record the quantity
of production..
- The front edge fo the sheets is taken as the baseline so that
mechanical errors are reduced ant and printing and slotting can be
more accurately positioned.
- The air flow and pressure are controlled by a frequency
converter to satisfy the requirments for the thickness and the size
of the sheets.
- Double paper feeding system, more stability during
feeding.
- The upper paper feeding roller adopts quick-change system. The
roller and gudgeon block are separated. The whole roller an be
changed when necessary. Easy maintenance.
- The lower paper feeding roller can be adjusted manually, and
the adjusted date will be displayed on the dial.
- The highly efficient de-dusing device can substantially remove

Features in printing section
- Applies hanging plate printing system, easy for plate changing;
and has pedal swtich, easy for plate hanging.
- Has anilox roller plus paper feeding system auto lifting device
( in feeding anilox roller drops and contacts printing plate,
whereas in stop, it rises to separate from the printing
plate.)
- The cirumferential adjustment mechanism of the pringting platen
applies planetary gear structure.
- The printing phase can be subjest to a ***-degree adjutment by
means of a transducer a touch screen control or in an electric
numeral way (in both running and stop statuses)
- The inking roller uses wearable high-precision right chrome
anilox roller.(the ceramic anilox is optional)
- The rubber roller is formed by means of wrapping a steel
pipe with wearable rubber, and has good ink transfer effect.
- Has auto low ink warning, avoiding damaging the rubber roller
and anilox roller.
- The space between roller can be adjusted by eccentricity gear
and this leads to compact structure and accuracy location. The
space between roller and cylinder can be adjuted manuaally. The
date is shown on the dial.
- The transverse position can be adjusted in an electrical
numeral way, with total distance adjustable from right to left

- Printing phase fixing device applies electromagnetic clutch
braking mechanism. When the machine table separate or adjust the
phase, the braking mechanism restricts the table rotation and
maintains original gear position fixin point.
- A 5.7" touch screen is set on the control panel, easy for
operation.
Dual-scraper Inking System
- Locked by air pressure or cylinder adjustment, automatic
compensation for blade wear, obtaining uniform effect of ink
scraping.
- Blade chamber is coated with Teflon for anti-corrosion and
anti-sticking, making it easy for ink trasfer and cleaning.
- With actual meaning of "Sealing Completely", in particular
applying to volatile solvent, reducing ink cost and improving the
working environment.
Features in slotting section
- The axial adjustment of line-press wheel, paper-feeding wheel
and slotting kinife head has touch screen date predefining and
manual adjustment tow manners, being prompt and accurate; and the
next order sizes can be predefined during production.
- The scoroing roller, the feeding roller and the slottter seat
move axially, guiding by a rolling straight guiding track so that
movement is stable and positionning is accurate.
- The slot phase applies transducer and touch screen control, can
be electrically regulated within ***-degree in numeral (both in
running and stop), has restoration fuction; and can store
orders.
- A *0.4" toch screen is et on the control pannel that can
control the feeding section, printing section and soltting section,
easy to operate.
- The lower lay-on roller and The lower slotting cuter roller
adopt eccentricity geat system and this leads to compact structure
and accuracy location. The space between lower lay-on roller and
lower slotting cutter roller can be adjusted manually. The date is
shown on the dial.
- Has central knife moving, being able o produce large-sized
*-piece cartons.
- The slotter shaft and the feeding roller shaft are hard-chrome
plated and finely polishe, enjoying long lifespan and no vibration
during moving.
- Punching device is optional according to user's necessity.
Features in die cutting unit
- The rubber roller is designed as folded rubber cushion,
providing convenience and ease for removal, installation and
replacement.
- The rubber rooller can move axially *0mm leftward and
rigthward, controlled by a hydraulic control system. The
displacement of each rount of rotation is adjustable to ensure a
steady and reliable movement.
- A frequency converter is adopted at the pahse position of the
cutter unit. The touch screen and the electric-digital device
provice ***-degree adjustment. Order forms can e stored in the
system.
- The transverse position of the die can be regulated through the
electric-digital adjuste. The total adjustable distant is about
*0mm.
- A PLC touch screen is used to control the spacing beween the
die roller and the rubber roller.
- A speed difference offsetting device is adopted that can
automatically adjust the rotaion speed of the rubber so that the
die cutting carton has exactly the same shape as the die
shape.
- The cores of the rubber roller and the die roller are made from
quality steel and are hard-charome plated and finely polished. The
track path is balanced and calibrated to enhance the stablity of
movement.
Features in accumulating section
- The whole procedure of pilling cardboards is automatically
finished in control system.
- Paper receiving arm can be manual or auto operated.
- Cardboard feeding speed is adjustable according to production
need.
- Reliable safety prevention is available when the section is in
work.
- The rear blocking plate is electrically adjustable in both
running and stop atatuses.
