How we cooperate?

1. ESI (Earlier: Supplier Evolvement Supplier early to participate in) : this stage mainly discuss about product design and mould development technology between customer and supplier, the main purpose is to let supplier clearly grasp the product designers’ design intent and precision requirement, but also make product designers better understand the mould production capacity, product technology performance. So as to make more reasonable design.
2. Price(Quotation):The plastic injection mould quotation including the price of the mould, the mould lifetime, flowprocess, machine ton as well as the mould delivery date and weight.(mould detailed quotation should include product sizes, mould sizes, mould weight information, etc.)
3.  Order (Purchase Order) : customer orders, suppliers accept orders, and advanced deposit.
4. Production Planning and Schedule Arrangement: this stage will inform the delivery time of plastic injection mould.
5. mold Design (Design) : The softwares for plastic injection mould  are Pro/Engineer, UG, Solidworks,AutoCAD, CATIA, etc
6. Purchase plastic injection mould materials
7. Plastic Injection Mould processing (Machining) : process generally using turing , milling, heat treatment, grinding machines, CNC , EDM, WEDM, JIG grinding,laser engraving, polishing, etc.
