Hinged single leaf door

ProfHolod's hinged single leaf refrigeration doors (HSLD) are the European level refrigerating doors. The HSLDs are intended for use at medium and low temperature cold chambers, storage and industrial facilities, which require regulated temperature conditions. ProfHolod's refrigeration doors are available in custom sizes to insure best commercial application, ready for installation. PH Insulation's refrigeration doors are equipped with the European-made hardware: Italian, Spanish, German - according to customer's request.

ProfHolod single-leaf swing doors are intended for use in rooms that require maintaining a given temperature regime:

- Industrial medium and low temperature cold storage rooms;
- Refrigerated warehouses;
- Premises requiring high temperature maintenance;
- Intensive shock freezing;
- Premises where manual cargo carrying is used;
- In conditions of humidity *0% and temperatures from **5 ... + *5 ° С, with a short duration of humidity;
- It is used in premises where the transportation of goods is carried out using carts.

Door leaf
As standard, the door leaf is made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick with multi-layer protection from an anti-corrosion coating, a primer and a protective and decorative coating made of white polyester paint (RAL ***3). It is possible to manufacture in another color according to the RAL catalog. Coating thickness *5 microns. Depending on the degree of aggressiveness of the working environment of the room where the door will be installed, it can be made of stainless steel AISI **4 for food or AISI **0 for non-food, Food Safe, PVDF or Granite Farm. The metal ends give the door additional resistance to side impacts that are inevitable during operation. A special film with a thickness of *0 microns protects the door from damage during transportation and installation, can be freely removed after installation.

Thermal insulation
The door filler is rigid PUR polyurethane foam with a density of up to *0 kg / m³. The thermal conductivity coefficient of the door filler PUR 0.**2 W / (m * K) allows you to effectively keep warm or cold.

Door frame
The frame is made of steel sheet 2 mm thick and painted with powder paint. The standard frame is painted in white RAL ***3. The frame can be produced in any color according to the RAL catalog. The frame is available in AISI **4 stainless steel for food or AISI **0 for non-food.

Fittings
The doors are completed with reliable French fittings "Fermod": • locks can be locked with a key and have an emergency opening function from the inside, • double-circuit highly elastic seal maintains tightness at temperatures down to **0 ° C, • hinges made of impact-resistant plastic are adjustable in three dimensions. Internal embedded elements of the door leaf provide reliable fastening of the fittings. The set of low-temperature doors and doors of shock freezing includes additional heating of the opening perimeter - electric heating wire, PEN.
