Brief Introduction

HMG**0/***-BWD AC Electric Haulage Shearer is used to extract low coal seam and super low coal seam. It uses multi-motor driver, transversal arrangement. Total power: **8kW, power supply voltage: ***0V, cutting power:2×**0kW, tractive power:2×*5kW, pump electrical engineering power:7.5kW. It uses one-pull-two AC frequency conversion speed and eicotrack traction. It is applicable to coal seam thickness 0.**1.6m, coal seam dip angle ≤*0°¼ˆ¼*0°four-quadrant¼‰¼medium-hard or under medium-hard thick seam(f≤4.5), comprehensive mechanized coal mining faces.

• This machine is the shortest and the smallest one in the thin coal seam multi-motor driver and transversal arrangement shearer at the domestic market. The biggest characteristic of  it is the body is thin and the machine surface height is low. It improved the ability of  the shearer to adapt to different geological. The thin and short body make the sheaer better than other same type of  the shearers. The adaptation of our shearer is better.
•  It use the ransversal arrangement and the mechanism drive systems are independent to each other. So its easy to maintain and repair.
• The main body of the machine is a whole case structure called combination of  3 cases .At the bottom of the main body, it has large steel plate to connect. So it has good rigidity, high reliability and low failure rate.
• The hydraulic component use the reliable MG series product.
• The end of  the walk speed reducer usese two levels of double planetary gear to transmit.The structure is very compact and the volume is small.
• The cut part has mechanical on-off device,its safe and convenient to overhaul.
• The external line is arranged inside the casing as far as possible.So it has a beautiful appearance and a good protective function.
• The guide foot is Split Style.Its easy to replace.
