Description
 

Homogeneous PVC vinyl flooring is produced using several stages including calendaring, consolidation and/or laminating. First, the raw materials which include limestone, polyvinyl chloride, plasticizer, stabilizers and pigments, are thoroughly mixed. Once mixed, the material is consolidated and formed into a sheet. The sheet is then cooled, formed into rolls. and finally packaged. 

With advantages of high durability, low maintenance, scratch resistance, antibacterial and fungicidal treatments, it is the perfect choice for heavy traffic areas such as hospital, airport, station, mall, office, school, workshop, GYM, etc. Besides, Static control is also available, which will satisfy the antistatic requirement of clean room, computer room and communication building.

Homogeneous PVC vinyl non-directional sheet flooring series is produced using RHPP technology - through the physical method, the vinyl sheet is rolled in a high-pressure closed space to increase the density of the floor, and the pores on the floor surface are closed to increase its finish and resistance Plan performance.
