2.Material: ASTM A**6 Class *******2 or Class *******8 ductile iron

3.Process: make the clay green sand with sand roller mill;make the mould with Z**5 mould machine;smelting and pouring with electric furnace; analyse chemical composition with spectral device; observe and record the graphite structure and economy organization with metalloscope; inspect the mechanical property with tensile strength tester; clean with cylinder shot blasting machine; heat treatment with electric furnace; brush oil on the part surface or do other antirust treatment.

4.Packing: We will pack the parts with VCI antirust bag and pack with plywood case. Also we can pack according to the customer's requirements.

5.Service:

At the project developing stage, we will do the job according to the PPAP procedure(fourth edition) which is specified by autocar department of ASQC(American Society for Quality Control),AIAG,Kreisler motors company and Ford general motors company,and supply the PPAP report to customers (including flow chart of process,FMEA, all dimensiones inspection report,test result of material property,measure system analysis, regular lab documents control plan, PSW and samples).

At the production stage, we will provide the service of order production management and quality control for the customer per ISO***1:***8  Quality Control System standard.
