We always accept technical drawing and sample for custom products. 
We will audit the technical drawing and analyse sample first, with the conclusion we can reach the standard customer requested, the engineering expertise will calculate the the cost then quote to customer by sales. Once we found we are unable to competely meet the standard customer requested, we will honestly inform customer and come up with a compromised solution under customers agreement.
