Product description:

This product is a widely used polyvinyl chloride nontoxic plasticizer and stabilizer. This product have good compatibility with PVC resin, lower volatility, small migratory aptitude. Meanwhile, excellent thermal stability and light stability can endow products good mechanical strength, weather ability and electrical properties.

 Moreover , due to non-toxicity, it is stated approved chemical process aids using for food packaging materials. This substance can be used to all PVC products, such as all sort of food packaging materials, medical products, thin film, sheet, tubing, refrigerator seal, artificial leather, plastic flooring, plastic wallpaper, wire and cable and other daily plastic product. In addition, it can also be used for all kinds of ink, oil colour, coating, synthetic rubber and liquid compound stabilizer. 

Higher ESO epoxy value, better heat resistance, lower ESO iodine value and better compatibility with PVC can make it not easy to separate out.

Application:

It can be used as plasticizer of epoxy resin, PVC, chloroprene rubber and acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. But the pure epoxy soybean oil havent good mutual solubility with epoxy resin, it can improve vividly compatibility with epoxy resin by ring-opening polymerization withepoxidized soybean oil, chemical reaction with  maleic anhydride and double bond cross-linking rising from dicumyl peroxide to make up oligomer.
