  HPS*2 multiplex transformer-rectifier

1.        General

HPS*2 multiplex transformer-rectifier is mainly used in sub-circuit impressed current cathodic protection system to protect metal structures and equipments, such as pipeline, cables and tanks and so on.

2.        Production Features

2.1 The TR is used to protect non-interconnected metal by sub­circuit cathodic protection, all of the metal share a common anode.

2.2      The power conversion has adopted high-frequency switching power supply technology with the features of noiselessness, low ripple, fast re­sponse and reliability.

2.3      Every sub-circuit has been provided with automatic switching func­tion.

2.4      Every sub-circuit has been provided with functions of anti-jamming and anti-lightning to increase the reliability greatly.

2.5      Every sub-circuit has been provided with self-test function that is convenient for distinguishing the causes of fault.

2.6      Every sub-circuit has adopted key-press operation. Multi­parameters can be showed by multiple digital meters at the same time. Operation and control are simple and intuitive.

2.7      Every sub-circuit can adapt to fast interrupt test.

2.8      The TR has been equipped with point-to-point ports and RS**5 port for transmitting and controlling data remotely. And through these ports, the TR can be connected with computer to realize intelligent man­agement.

3.        Technical Index

3.1      Power: Single phase **0V土 *0% or three phase **0V土 *0%, Fre­quency *7.5 Hz~*3Hz.

3.2      Basic characters(Every sub-circuit)

3.2.1 Adjustable ranges of output voltage and output current: 1% ~ **0% of rated value.

3.2.2 Ripple Coefficient: Ripple coefficient is not more than 2% when TR is operating on the rated output state.

3.2.3 Range of constant potential: The constant potential is consecutive and can be regulated in the range of OmV — ***0mV.

3.2.4 Constant potential precision: The error between controlled potential and protective potential is less than 5mV.

3.2.5 Reference impedance: more than 2 MQ.

3.2.6 Resist AC interference: The mutative value of protective potential is less than 5mV when inflicting AC*0V *0Hz interference voltage.

3.2.7 Setting range of constant current: 1% ~ **0% of rated value of output current.

3.2.8 Constant current precision: better than 2%.

3.2.9 There is self-test function in every sub-circuit.

3.2.*0            Every sub-circuit has been provided with automatic switching function.

3.2.*1            Recovery function: Every sub-circuit can still work at the protec­tive potential which has been set before when power has been recov­ered.

3.2.*2            Fast on-off: Every sub-circuit can adapt to DCVG rapid scanning test (which can make the current into an intermittent state for 0.8s on and 0.2s off).

3.3      Teletransmission and telecontrol functions

3.3.1 By point-to point ports, the following data can be transmitted re­motely: output voltage, output current, protective potential, operation state (stop/run). The following data can be controlled remotely: given potential, operation mode (constant potential/constant current/on-off test), stop/run.

3.3.2 By RS**5 port, the following data can be transmitted remotely: output voltage, output current, protective potential, given potential, given current, operation mode (constant potential/constant current/on-off test), alarm and alarm type (overvoltage, overcurrent, overprotection, over­heating), operation state (stop/run), data recording time. The following data can be controlled remotely: given potential, given current, operation mode (constant potential/constant current/on-off test), stop/run.

3.4      Protective function: Every sub-circuit has been provided with pro­tections against overcurrent, undervoltage, overheating, lightning, re­versed polarity and alarm function when there is fault, etc.
