HSR - 90degree Index Type Auto Indexing Chuck



• Multiple machining process is possible by one operation.

• It is possible to index the work automatically while machine spindle is rotating.

• The dividing angles are 8X45∘ and 4X90∘.

• Clamping and indexing on the work are principally done by the piston movement in hydraulic plunger in chuck body.

• Clamping and indexing of the work are done by two different jaws. One jaw clamps by piston and

the other one indexes by square block and plunger.
