This Urn is suitable for temporary display for up to *0 yrs( just don't put water in it as this will cause it to start to degrade ).

When Used forland burial, they will completely break down in 2 to 3 months depending on climate. When dispersing the cremated remains atsea, the bio urn will begin to sink in ten to fifteen minuteswhich gives plenty of time for a tasteful dignified service, then will sink and fully degrade in approximately *0 minutes.
