This machine is a special equipment which is used to straighten the deformed H-beam flange. The hydraulic straightening machine has capacity of correction, wide range, and high automation. Straightening wheel and drive roller are made of good alloy and are through advanced heat treatment process to guarantee long-term operation.

  2.The features of straightening equipment:    
     Flange guide roller: For assembling, this is set on the front roll table to guide smoothly the flange plate unto the machine in right position by meter, which can measure the position of the guide roller.
    The digital readout displays for flange (front/rear) position: can easy to read the position of flange (front/rear), by the screw motor and encorder.
 Web pressing side roller: These are set on the inner side of the column to keep the web plate from warping.
    The digital readout displays for web (front/rear) position: can easy to read the position of web (front/rear) by the screw motor and encorder.
    Upper roll can move by hydraulic system: The digital readout displays for upper roll (left/right) position: can read the position of the flange (left/right).
    Lower roll drive by horizontal cycloidal reducer: The digital readout display for lower roll position: can easy to read the thickness of flange.
    All of the straightening roller and drive roller are made of good alloy steel and are through advanced heat treatment process to guarantee long-term operation.
