CNC Electro-hydraulic Synchro Press Brake With 2 Cylinders

Main structure

The machine is composed by frame, ram, worktable, two cylinders, servo system, position detector system, cnc controller system and electric system.

1. It is of combined and welded structure, treated by annealing.

2.The up and down motion of ram is controlled by two cylinders. The left-right balance of this machine while working is accomplished by CNC electro-hydraulic servo mechanism.

3. Holland DELEM company special-purpose DA*2 controls the position of ram (Y axis) and forward-backward moving of back gauge (X axis).

4. It indicates the position of X axis, Y axis and destination locations, as well as the complexity indication.

5. Operation mode: Manual mode, semiautomatic mode and automatic mode is available.

6. Automatically retract and delay function of back gauge.

7. The backgauge use ball screw, linear guide and servo motor to ensure X axis precision.

8. Special hydraulic crowning mechanism make sure the working precision.

9. For easy feeding the workpiece, we provide front support with the machine.
