The Main Features
*The presses are mono block or straight side steel welded structure according to difference size and tonnage , the ram moves along the *-fold guide way with high eccentric loading resistance and precision.  The accuracy of the press is as per JIS B **********1 the first grade.
*The control is basis of the latest close loop proportional control technology, the position and action signals are picked up by precise Encode, the driven system of the press consists of the latest digital pump and servo valves which offer a flexible flow rate and force setting.
*The presses are furnished with comprehensive safety solutions including Twin safety valve for the hydraulic system, a comfortable upper platform for possible maintenance
*Various function modules including Numerical Controlled Upper and lower cushion, Full capacity shock absorber system, automation system are available per choice.
*Full tonnage Shock absorber system is developed basis of licensed Germany technology, with this optional device the press can be operated for full tonnage stamping and piercing, the key point of the system including very low noise, no extra energy required and it can trace the real damping force automatically.
*Automatic Quick Die Changing system including:  Rolling bolster and Tooling Identity, Die centering and automatic clamping system.
