Hydrostatic test machine on GRP couplings      
Equipments for the hydrostatic testing of GRP sleeve couplings with by width of 1.5 meters and diameters from *0 to ***0 mm that allows to test the single sleeves and also according to the BS ***0 standards appendix K and M and pressure  of  2.5 to *0 bars. The test consists on checking the tightness with the rings and the tightness ring. The machine is composed by one set of plugs for the test, two heads supporting the plugs, oil-pressure system for the closing of the plugs, a hydraulic unit and one electrical board plus a set of sleeve plugs on pipes up to DN ***0.
Working principle:Move FRP sleeve to lower sealing ring mold, which is mounted on lower support plate, and then close upper sealing ring mold, which is mounted on upper support plate. Close clamps which are mounted on periphery of support to fix the two support plates, then upper and lower sealing ring molds are sealed between them by rubber O ring, which is mounted on lower sealing ring mold, and FRP sleeve is sealed by rubber Reka rings, which are mounted on FRP sleeve.Start up water pump to fill water into space between sealing rings and FRP sleeve, pressure test starting.
