3. BUYER REVIEW, SIGNS AND RETURN THE CONTRACT TO SELLER, DULY SIGND AND SEALED.

4. THE SELLER SIGN THE CONTRACT AND RETURN TO THE BUYER.

5. BUYER AND SELLER DEPOSIT A COPY OF THE SIGNED CONTRACT TO THEIR RESPECTIVE BANK.

6. BUYERS BANK SENDS TO SELLERS BANK WITHIN 5 (FIVE) BANKING DAYS, A NONOPERATIVE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT

7. WITHIN 7 BANKING DAYS, THE SELLERS BANK SENDS THE 2% PERFORMANCE BOND (EQUAL TO GUARANTEE INSTRUMENT) AND POP, VIA SWIFT, BANK TO BANK METHOD, TO THE BUYERS BANK.

8. SHIPMENT WIL START WITHIN *0/*5 DAYS AFTR THE BUYERS BANK RELEASES THE FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS TO THE SELLERS BANK.
