Impact crusher is mostly used to crush hard rock.

Principle:
Raw material is crushed by impact energy. When enter the zone of crush cavity, raw material will be crushed by the high speed impact of blow bar. And then the raw material is threw up to the impact plate and is crushed again,then another crush will be occurred when it is rebounded from impact plate to the zone of the blow bar. The process repeats until the raw material is crushed into desired size and discharged from the bottom of machine. The final product size and shape can be changed by adjusting the gap between impact frame and rotor frame.
