Buyer Qualification Procedures:

1. Provide a comprehensive company profile.

2. Number of actual transactions closed over the last 6 months to a year.

3. Confirmation of ability to purchase via BGL, SBLC (preferred Swift MT**0).

4. Letter of Intent (LOI) addressed to REATA FUNDING LLC, attn: Bill Price, President/CEO, to include full specifications, terms, quantity required, laycan date, (if CFR what is the discharge port, and size of the vessel and discharge rate.

5. Target Price being pursued.

Important Notes:

1. The Buyer is allowed to visit the loading port once they have issued the Non-Operative Bank Instrument or the Swift Funds MT**0.

2. We do not release Past Performance Records, past SGS Reports, BL, or photographs

3. All NCNDA Agreements must be accompanied by authorized signatory personal Passport
