Tensing™ series Dental Instrument Ultrasonic Cleaner are widely used in automobile engine manufacture and repair, metallic parts, aerospace, military, bearing parts, medical tools, vacuum coating, surface disposing and more coming applications.

Tensing™ series ultrasonic cleaning machine adopt multi-power technology, independent heating power from ultrasonic power.

Key part of Tensing™ series ultrasonic cleaning machine is Fujitec™ IGBT power amplifier with high power, stable working, suitable for high power ultrasonic cleaning machine. Modular design, easy plug, easy maintenance.

Taiwan Shining™ piezoelectric transducer, low resistance, high Q value, high output power and reliable. The transducers are bonded via screw and Araldite aged glue, firm and never detach.

The transducer electric connections are epoxy sprayed and sealed, free from moisture, rust, oxidization and leak.

Vibrating panel is made of 2mm thick SUS**6 stainless steel, veneer is made of 0.8mm SUS**4 stainless steel.

Sink has water inlet, outlet and overflow, sediment sink. Sink is wrapped with heat insulation and noise reduction material.

Built-in heater, fast work, precise control.

Frame is A3 steel foil welded, rusty proof lacquered, installed with wheels for mobility.
