Product Description

ZG SZL composed water-tube boiler is vertical type chain grate boiler with double boiler barrels and its combustion mode is chain grate furnace. The rated evaporation is 4t/h to *0t/h.

The fuel is biomass briquette solid fuel. The furnace water wall on both sides of the boiler adopts membrane wall; the water wall tube in front and rear of furnace downward stretch to the upper part of the grate to form double arches which enhance the sealing performance of the boiler and increase the volume and heating surface of the furnace.

At the same time, the rear arch is reinforced. Behind the furnace, there is re-burning chamber, convection bank. The boiler tail is equipped with economizer.
