It can measure the *-Axis angular rate and linear acceleration in inertial coordinate system with small volume: light weight and high reliability, and the signal output has two mode of analog and digital. In the whole temperature range of **5℃~**5℃, DSP is used to correct and compensate(zero bit, scale factor, installment error) and lower the noise for the original signal.
