Physicochemical properties:

White or almost white powder, chlorinated by PVC, the chlorinated content of CPVC is *0% higher than that of PVC. CPVC has an increased molecular asymmetry, a less degree of crystallinity, reinforced polarity of molecular chain and higher distortion temperature. The maximum use temperature of product made by CPVC comes up to *3~**0°C. ZS***0 owns much of the fineness performance of PVC. Besides, it also has other characteristics, including excellent resistant ability in corrosion caused by acids, alkali, salt, fatty acid salt, oxidants and the halogens, heat-resisting, flame retarding, higher mechanical strength, better electrical property and so on. Therefore, CPVC can replace some traditional engineering plastics in some territories, such as chemistry, building material, electrical equipment and adhesive.

Production process:

ZS***0 is a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin developed with special PVC resin and efficient new chlorination additives, optimized heat and mass transfer process in stirring, chlorination temperature control system, chlorination control system, accurate endpoint control means and creative after-treatment technology.

Applications:

• CPVC resin, applying for injection processing, can be used to manufacture pipe fittings,

   elbow, three links and so on, to manufacture valve, valve body and valve core.

   The main  application domain is as follows:

• Heat resisting and corrosion resisting pipe fittings used in chemistry industry.

•   Hot and cold water pipe fittings. 

• Sprinkler pipe fittings in some place with severe fire-requirement.

• Oilfield and Crude Oilgathering pipe fittings

  • As a modifier in PVC and ABS production to rise the heat resistance.

Packing:

We provide big packages with the gross weight of (**0*2.5*1.0)kg wrapped by weaving bag made of PP, the small packages with the gross weight of (*5.0±0.2) kg are wrapped by compound bags of craft paper and PP.

Storage and notices:

CPVC resin should be stored in dry and ventilated place and the CPVC resin with multiple batches should be placed in different places  to avoid sun and moisture. Clean transportation facilities should be adopted to prevent rain and pollution.

Quality control system:

Every lot of our CPVC resin will be checked according to EXSUSSs strict quality standard. Such aschlorinated content and volatile flux. Only qualified products will be allowed to send to customers. And every lot of CPVC resin is checked by Rheometer for the basic performance. We can offer the rheological curve for every lots of our CPVC for customers to check the stability, liquidity and plasticity.
