We have had it for one year and only filled **3 cartridges at the time of this posting We are selling everything that comes with it ( ink, clips , tester paper ) you will be able to start using the machine right away. It has user friendly interface with a touch screen that tells you what to do step by step or you can switch to batch mode once you are comfortable with the process. We really like the unit , it is easy to use and maintain. It does not take up much room, roughly *4inches w X *0 inches L X *0 inches H.
