Insulating Glass consists of two or more glass panes separated by aluminum spacer filled with desiccant. The hollow space is filled with dry air or inert gas and hermetically sealed with butyl, polysulphide or silicone sealant.

EquipmentThe automatic insulating glass production line is from Lisec Austria. The aluminium spacer is bent into shape automatically and is filled with desiccant. It is equipped with automatic edge delection function, dual seal capability and hermetically sealed with two-component sealant. This is to ensure good isulation, low dew point and long service life.
