Main Features

1) Output: One for main control and one for advanced amount aid control. With the function of advanced amount aid, it can meet the demand of two independent output controls, and to control the external circuit outputs asynchronously or synchronously. Or, it just works as a sec counting controller, as well as to alarm in advanced.

2) Input Signals: Contact switches, the level switches, photoelectric switches, proximity switches, meter wheel, rotary encoder sensor signals, etc. They can not only count numbers in a high speed, but also count the length. With the rich functions and simply interface, it is widely used in many working environments.

3)When the count controller count to the set advanced value, "FRON" output a voltage signal,DC*2V,and keep this until the master relay count to the set value, the master relay "OUT" stop the output, then reset with "FRON" automatically or manually at the same time, and start to count again.

4) When the count controller is set as in the state of clear automatically, keeping length of "OUT" of the master relay can be set in advanced. The range of time delay is 0.**9.9s, and when the time is delay to the set one, the relay disconnects, the count controller clear and reset, then starts to count again.  

5) Step setup process is equipped in the count controller, so it can use the mechanical turntable or transfer roller directly, instead of the meter wheel, to count the number and length. The precision is 0.1mm, can meet the different range of length precision.
