Mini Series IGBT Inverter MMA or Stick Welding Machine (MINI***5):

-The welding machine use powerful switches and advanced inverter control technology.

-The welding machine use PWM control technology and Constant Current(CC) output control, welding current can be exactly controlled. Continuous adjustment on welding current in large scale.

-Excellent ARC characteristics, Stable ARC, good welding performance and high quality. With anti-stick, hot start, arc force, strong compensation capability.

-Minimizing, lightness, it can be moved easily, high quality and energy savings up to *0%.

-With Auto protection functions of over-current and over-heating.

-Be able to weld all kinds of metal, for example carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron as well as stainless steel ect.

Material:

1,All the main spare parts, such as MOSFET, DIODE and the important spare parts, such as relay & capacitor on bottom PCB, transformer on mid PCB, FAN, SWITCH, are all from notable company.

2,All the material will be checked one by one before to warehouse.

Many steps for each machine quality checking: material checking, PCB checking, PCB debugging, assemble checking, machine debugging, machine full of loading experiment, machine tested by welding machine for *0 minutes, broken test on test plate for nearly 1 hour, performance testing, first welding try before packing shell, final welding try after shell packing & package.
