Product introduction

    Silicon Calcium is a potent deoxidizer and desulfurizer utilized in the production of high grade steels. Although Silicon itself is a powerful deoxidizer, Calcium is by far more powerful. In addition,Silicon Calcium is used to control the shape, size and distribution of oxide and sulfide inclusions improving fluidity, machinability, ductility, and impact properties of the final product.

    Silicon Calcium is also utilized in combination with Barium. The Barium increases the density and reduces the vapor pressure of the alloy, thereby improving efficiency. In cast irons it is used mainly by Pipe Shops for the purpose of coating the inside of each mono cast machine.

Application

1> Absorbent for liquids and gases in industrial processes.

2> As a food additive, where it absorbs moisture and prevents a product from "caking

3> In road construction

4> As a refractory material in industrial furnaces

5> For the insulation of pipes and conduits, insulation boards

6> in the manufacture of paints and other types of coating materials

7> Cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, such as antacids

8> Fertilizers and insecticides

General paking

1> Conventional packing ton bag (1,**0kg per bag), or small bag inside ton bags(*0,*5,*0 kg per bag).

2> Special product can use moistureproof bags or barel moistureproof bags.

3> It also can be arranged according to the customer request.
