Our isolated soy proteinJL***1 andd JL***1 produced from Non-GM soybean from northeast of China. It is extracted from defatted soy flakes removed most of the fat and carbohydrates. It is characterized by high protein and low cholesterol. It has unique functions of emulsification, gelatin, water-keeping ability. Isolated soy protein is widely used in food industry for both nutritional (increasing protein content), sensorial (getting better mouth feeling and bland flavor) and functional reasons (for applications requiring emulsification, water and fat absorption and adhesive properties).
