IWH rotary support quenching machine equipment

Suitable for: turntable bearing; inner and outer gear ring; single tooth; surface induction quenching. The machine tool adopts horizontal moving support and rotary table; the machine tool has good rigidity and transformer has left and right. The rotating table is driven by AC servo motor, the guide rail is rectangular linear guideway, and the rotary worktable can split teeth automatically. In the quenching process without manual adjustment, the equipment automatically completes the quenching of all gears.
