J.v.G. High Voltage Test Station is designed only to be used to check the electrical insulation of the panel up to *0 kV. Module is placed in the test position in automatic mode by conveyors
We have different versions:
1. Basic:
Only the electrical equipment, without module holder etc.
2. Standalone:
We can deliver the High Voltage Test Station as separate
station, with simple load and unload facility. Electrical
equipment, connectors, Module holder, isolation of the worker,
security light barriers are included.
3. Inline:
High Voltage Test Station is fully integrated into the line.
Loading and unloading is done automatically, stati-on is as
described in Standalone version.
4. Integrated into flasher:
High Voltage Test Station is a part of the flasher, so no need to transport the module again from flasher to hipot station, test is done completely into flasher. Only one connection of the module necessary, test needs about 1 minute additional to the flashing proce-dure. Our most advanced solution for Module fabrications.
