Sacking
Sacking Cloth is a
heavier fabric than hessian cloth, woven wholly from jute fabrics
and the bags are available as plain and twill forms.
Commonly known as jute bags or jute sacking bags, they are mainly
used to pack cement, sugar and other bulky articles, which are
generally packed in a weight range from *0 to **0 kgs.
Some of the advantages over synthetic products include the facts
that it is biodegradable and eco friendly; ideal for use with hooks
because it prevents spills by returning to its original form; has a
stacking capability exceeding synthetic packages by far and is able
to withstand splitting or tearing; and the high breathability
allows agricultural commodities to stay fresh. Moreover it is
highly affordable.
To prevent contamination of agro based products, it is also
available in hydro carbon free form and is thus not restricted in
its use.
