Use:

For the treatment and prevention of equine gastric ulcers in a single daily dose easy-to-use oral syringe of flavourless paste.



How It works:

Omeprazole is from the family of proton pump inhibitors (PPI's) that blocks secretion of acid and assists by reducing and neutralizing acid in the horse's stomach allowing improved healing of existing ulcer damage.



Dosage :

For treatment regime:

4.0 mg/kg (1.8 mg/lb) body weight/**0kg (**0lb) per day

For prevention regime:

2.0 mg/kg (0.9 mg/lb) body weight/**0kg (**0lb) per day
