2) Seller issue FCO, Buyer sign & chop then revert back with ICPO.
3) Seller issue SPA and to be signed by both parties.
4) Seller issue PI
5) Buyer issue SBLC verbiage or LC draft
6) Seller shows linkage documents
7) Buyer issues SBLC or DLC+IRLC
There are two payment methods:
① The SBLC of 1 month value of product is used as a guarantee, and TT is paid when the goods arrive.
② IRLC of 2 month value of product as guarantee + DLC of 1 month value of product to release payment upon arrival or TT is paid when the goods arrive.

9) Start production

*1) Release LC at sight **SBLC/IRLC/DLC must issue within 5 days after signing SPA. Otherwise the deal will consider call off
