It's a green olive oil, from Koroneiki variety--- older than 3000
years, from Peloponnese peninsula (Kalamata Area) and represents a
world standard in evaluating any olive oil.
The characteristics of olive oil Koroneiki:
i) High resistance to oxidation;
ii) Has the highest content to polyphenols (olechantal), substances
that reduce the cancer risk;
iii) It has a fine olive smell fresh recommends in top of chefs
iv)Has the green and dense translucent body color;
v) It contains polyphenols, vitamin E and other antioxidants ,
substances which are natural preservatives oil.
