Kraft paper is strong and relatively coarse. Important characteristics of Kraft paper is – high tensile strength and high burst factor. The gram mage is generally between *0–**5 g/m2. There are various kinds of Kraft – sack Kraft – high elasticity and resistance, Absorbent Kraft – manufactured with controlled absorbency giving a high degree of porosity. The Kraft can be unbleached or bleached depending on the requirement.
