Product Description
Koway colorful epoxy sealant is two components waterborne
epoxy resin products ,made with imported raw materials and advanced
technology. A part is composed of epoxy resin and inert filler, B
part is composed of water-based curing agent. The main features of
the product are:

Application areas
For joint gaps ***5mm between antique tiles, tiles, stone,
mosaic installation and grouting, including:
• General floor and wall tiles
• Wall and floor tiles for bathrooms and shower rooms

Construction steps
Base material treatment before construction
Ensure that the fixed tile cement mortar or adhesive is
completely dry and solidified, the gap must be clean without
particles, powder sundries, and the gaps should be left to 2/3 of
brick thickness, then clean the gap in excess mortar or
adhesive.
Mixing ratio
Mixing ratio: A:B=**0:8 weight ratio
Construction Steps
Gap clean: Clean up tile gaps.
Mixing:Open the drum,take out B part hardener and pour it into
A part(Creamy) drum,mix them by electronic drill with blade until
the color is uniform and no lumps.
Gap Filling: 1.Apply mixed sealant on the working surface and
use rubber blade to spread on all gaps.
2.Spray water on the working surface and do the first clean
with scouring pad.
3.Do the second clean with a sponge. Absorb the water and
remove all the residues .Keep the surface complete,smooth and
clean.
4.Can be walked after *4 hours curing.
Cleaning and Maintenance
•It is better to do Cleaning and maintenance faster,and it
should be finished before the adhesive is dry.Pay attention not to
leave stains on the tile surface. Cleaning and trimming work is
done before the product is cured.
•First spraying water on the construction surface, by a
spatula with hard scouring cloth or white felt cloth to
clean.
Use clockwise or counterclockwise operation Action, seal all
tile surface intact while remove redundant filler from tile
surface.
•Then use the yellow artificial sponge for the second time to
clean, to absorb excess water, remove the tile surface superfluous
products, while maintaining the seam type intact, smooth surface,
clean.
• When the scouring cloth and sponge is stained with epoxy
resin,and can not continue to use, it should be replaced. Stains or
residues should be cleaned before they are cured, not cleaned after
curing, and removed by mechanical means.
Cautions
• Recommend use this product within a temperature range of *8
℃ to *5 ℃. Do not use in low temperature or high humidity
environment to avoid the surface carbonization of the color
uniformity is affected.
• Ceramic tile surface residues must be removed as soon as
possible, because once it is completely solidified, it can only be
removed by mechanical method, which will seriously affect the
effect of completion.
• The ratio of two components (A+B) must be correct.
• Clean water should be changed frequently.
• Clean cloth or sponge covered with epoxy resin in time to
replace.
• Do not walk on the surface of the finished construction,
lest epoxy resin pollute the surface.
• Do not use cloth or other materials to cover the seam
surface, so as to prevent condensation of the product surface
carbonation, so that uneven color.
• Do not use for industrial product materials with porous
surface
• Applied to natural stone, in order to test the absorption of
epoxy resin tablets, it is necessary to carry out a preliminary
test, in the case of absorption, the side and surface of the slate
will form dark stains, these stains can not be removed, it is more
common in light-colored marble.
• Do not use the product to fill a container or sink for the
storage of corrosive substances.
• Do not mix with water or solvents
• When the construction of the eyes and other parts of the
water rinse, timely medical examination.
