Product Specification

Product Description

T**9 Laminated wave sheet
This sheet is made from alkali-free glass cloth and special gooey under thermal pressure. Its temperature classification is F, and is suitable for the insulation in the slots of motor stator.

Dimensions:
1.  Thickness: 0.9mm
2.  Wave height: 1.8mm
3.  Wave distance: *0mm
4.  Wave radius: *0mm

Specifications:
1.  Appearance: no crack, no delamination
2.  Initial deformation stress (σ1): ≥1 MPa
3.  Wave crest variance ratio after thermal press treatment (K1): ≤*5%
4.  Stress variance ratio after thermal press treatment (K2): ≤*5%
5.  Wave crest variance ratio after aging (K3): ≤*5%
6.  Stress variance ratio after aging (K4): ≤*5%
7.  Density: 1.8~2.0 g/cm3
8.  Glass cloth content: *0%±5%

Testing and calculating method of stress and deformation:
The workpiece is prepared at *0×**0mm, with 5 full waves included and cut at wave crests.
1. σ1=P/S, where P is the pressure (N) to press the workpiece wave crest to the *0% of its initial height between two plates, while S is the respective projective area (mm2) of the workpiece.
2. K1=(a-a1)/a, where a is the initial wave height, while a1 is the wave height after thermal press treatment(Press the workpiece to plan, and keep it for *4 hours at **0±2oC, then cool it down to room temperature)。
3. K2=(σ*-σ2)/σ2, where σ2 is the *0% deformation stress after thermal press treatment, which is tested in the same way asσ1.
4. K3 and K4 are corresponding to K1 and K2 respectively after aging ( Press the workpiece to plan, and keep **8 hours at **0±2oC, then cool down to room temperature and take out).
