Testing and calculating method
of stress and deformation:
The workpiece is prepared at
*0×**0mm, with 5 full waves included and cut at wave
crests.
1. σ1=P/S,
where P is the pressure (N) to press the workpiece wave crest to

respective projective area (mm2) of the workpiece.
2. K1=(a-a1)/a, where a is
the initial wave height, while a1 is the wave height after thermal
press treatment(Press the workpiece to plan, and keep it for *4

3. K2=(σ*-σ2)/σ2, where σ2 is
the *0% deformation stress after thermal press treatment, which is
tested in the same way asσ1.
