Characteristics of fiber laser source and optical network using fiber and focusing head to transmit the beam creates a powerful laser beam of high density which allows to achieve the highest cutting speed (over 60 m/min) of medium and low thickness sheets, while ensuring high quality of cutting heavy gauge sheets.
High-quality cutting with a single lens
For example, System Salvagnini L3 (Italy) has a focusing head proprietary Salvagnini, which absorbed all the company's experience and is aimed at improving the performance and dynamics of laser transmission over fiber. The head with one lens allows to provide high quality cutting of any thickness and ensures quick switch to other products with reduced changeover time.
Wide range of processed materials
Smaller wave length of the fiber laser compared with gas source allows to:
- Effectively perform cutting of materials with high reflectivity, such as high purity aluminum alloys, copper and brass, which are difficult to process in conventional systems that use CO2.
- Provide high speed with excellent cutting quality of materials, such as zink-coated and galvanized steel.

Sheet metal forming
Metal forming is a technological operation, wherein from the sheet metal blank a bulk product is obtained without welded seams and other joints. This processing type allows to obtain durable and reliable parts, which differ not only with high accuracy, but also with good appearance. We offer you production of the most complex forms of products that require precise automatic sheet metal forming. Modern press brakes controlled electronically enable production of complex parts from a sheet of any alloy. Party of parts made by means of such operation as metal forming has a high level of reliability and durability, than the parts manufactured by welding, not to mention the cost and time spent on manufacturing.
For this purpose we use programmable sheet bending press with automatic supports of such global brands as Trumpf, Bystronic, Amada, Prima Power, Adira. Equipment is fitted with control and quickly removable tool. Thanks to this it is possible to increase parts bending processability, reduce production cost, as well as perform several different bends consistently. Precision metal bending gives stability and equally bent nodes, which is especially important during subsequent operations on the details, such as welding, assembly and painting.
Using different bending tools, we will perform bending of metal sheet blanks with a thickness from 0.5 mm to 8 mm, with a bending length from 1000 mm up to 4000 mm, upon receipt of your drawings in format DXF, DWG.
And with the help of automatic panel benders Salvagnini P2 and P4 you can get bent door panels (for doors production), different panels, shelves, cabinet furniture parts (for production of retail, warehouse racks, refrigerators, washing machines, metal furniture, front panels for construction), etc. With this technology you get great performance, batch accuracy and details repeatability.
Mechanical processing
Blanks of the machine components, obtained through casting, forging, rolling, and other methods, typically do not satisfy working drawings for finished parts on dimensional accuracy, shape and details surface. In order to satisfy the requirements of drawing, blanks are subject to machine tools processing, where the cutting tool removes a metal layer in the form of shavings - allowance for processing. Also, components of machines and mechanisms are obtained by processing blanks from rolled steel - round, square, hexagonal and other sections.
For mechanical processing (cutting) of round blanks or bars, we offer turning workstations having CNC produced by international manufacturers such as HAAS, Okuma, DMG, Goodway, Doosan. With this technology, you can get a diverse array of components for engineering industry, production of shelving, commercial equipment, agricultural machinery and others. We work with black, non-ferrous metals and stainless steel.
Water jet cutting
Along with such types of cutting as laser, plasma, mechanical (milling), a water jet cutting widely established itself, allowing cutting non-metals. Cutting of material is performed as a result of combined effects of high-pressure water jet and abrasive particles moving with supersonic speed. Water jet cutting technology is based on the principle of erosion (abrasive) effect and water jet. Their high-speed solid-particles serve as transporters of energy, and while striking the product particles, they tear and remove the last from the cutting cavity. The erosion rate depends on kinetic energy of the impacting particles, their weight, hardness, shape and angle of impact, and also on the mechanical properties of the processed material.
With the use of water jet (hydroabrasive) cutting almost all materials can be processed: paper and cardboard, textiles, leather and rubber, glass and ceramics, granite and marble, concrete and reinforced concrete, all kinds of polymeric materials, including composites, foiled and metalized plastics, all kinds of metals and alloys, including hard-processing - stainless and heat resistant steels, solid and  titanium alloys. The presence of abrasive in the jet increases its technological capabilities - through use of liquid abrasive slurry hard-processing materials of considerable thickness can be cut, for example steel with thickness up to 300 mm or natural stone with thickness more than 50 mm.
